Established in 1869, Kitchener Market is one of the oldest markets in Canada. It was previously established to sell farmed goods, but present day this market has so much more to offer. From 7am-2pm each Saturday, Kitchener Market runs, selling all kinds of farmed goods, while between 8am-3pm from Tuesday to Friday is when the food hall is open.

🍅What Will You Find Here?

On the lower level you will find seasonal produce including fruits and vegetables, protein and dairy from eggs to chicken, and homemade goods such as bread and pastries. On the upper level you should expect to see international cuisines which sell breakfast, lunch, and even dinner. Most of these vendors sell fresh and cheap foods!
