Everyone has tried chocolate once in their lives, from childhood snacks to the everyday tempting displays on a check-out counter. This is likely your everyday mass-produced chocolate from companies. But have you ever heard of a Chocolatier? The Architects of Chocolate?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Also known as a chocolate confections maker, a chocolatier is someone who turns pre-made basic chocolate into something entirely new and artistic. They are well described as chocolate architects, since they don\u2019t make their base chocolate from raw cacao beans. Their process of work includes many components like blending new flavours and designing moulds for their desired creations. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Their work also consists of more complicated and challenging processes like tempering chocolate, sculpting it into unique designs and shapes, or storing chocolate at the right temperature. Hence, here is a brief description of the diverse types of chocolate architects<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Artisan Chocolatiers<\/strong><\/span> create their works in boutiques or their own shops; these people tend to make chocolates using special methods instead of commercial modern appliances.
