Whether you&#8217;re going on a hike or taking a trip to a forest, nature offers many snacks, but only if you know where and how to look for them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Foraging Safety Guidelines<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Know what you&#8217;re picking<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only consume wild plants you can identify for sure.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use regional field guides or plant ID apps.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Join a local foraging group.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.
