Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer with us!

You can make a difference in the community and have long-lasting impact on our program by becoming a volunteer. It means the world to us, to the schools we serve, and to the wider community.

Many of our activities and events are made possible by volunteers! Being a small team of only 3 paid staff members for most of the year, we simply cannot do it all without additional hands, minds, and hearts.

This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, make new friends, and earn your community service hours if needed. Whether you love gardening or want to pick up on a new hobby or skill, we welcome volunteers of all age groups and expertise! After all, all professionals were once beginners too! Check out our list of typical volunteer roles with WRSFG, and sign up to volunteer at the bottom of the page.

Note: Not all of the following positions are available at all times, as seasonality plays a large role in what we do. COVID-19 may also have an impact on what positions are currently available.
